The Jazz Academy Orchestra has performed all over the country! Also, the Jazz Academy Ensemble and Genesis Band are given great opportunities to perform all around Maryland, DC and Virginia!

PURCHASE MAIN STAGE SESSION 4 TICKETS

The Main Stage Matinee Session begins at noon and there are four acts.

  • 12:00pm – Boston College with Tia Fuller
  • 1:30pm – University of Maryland with Carmen Bradford
  • 3:00pm – The Jazz Academy Orchestra with Diego Rivera
  • 5:00pm – Hiruy Tirfe Quartet (2024 DC Jazzprix Winner)

PLEASE NOTE: There are no individual show tickets. Click the link above to purchase your Sunday Session 4 Ticket.  There are Premium Seats available on Table Row 5 ($55).  There is also General Theater Seats available $(40).

The Jazz Academy of Music was established by our founder, Saxophonist, Paul Carr, in 2002 to advance and preserve Jazz music through education and outreach.   We partner with established professional performing musicians in the community and educators in our schools and colleges to afford opportunities to students to learn the tenets, history, and traditions of Jazz music.
